    2.7.4 and dnn 4.9. When the form is on a secure page you can't export the form results. "Internet Explorer cannot down Default.aspx"

    Should be easy to duplicate.

    Hi. Yes we have checked the code and its really weird as it is creating the file and redirecting it just fine from what we can tell. It might be something specific to needing to reference it from HTTPS or HTTP instead... The file is created, you can find it if you go to Admin, File Manager, under the DynamicForms_Exports directory. Its also redirecting just find in FireFox etc... Anyway, this is on our list to review and we will test it for future updates against IE/SSL enabled/Exporting to Excel feature.

    Chad,

    Has this issue been resolved? We have a client having the same problem and Firefox is not a workable solution for them. We have a source license so if you could direct us to the right line of code we can recompile on our end.

    Thanks!

    We're experiencing this problem today with a new secure form that just went live. When clicking the export to excel link in IE8, we get this:

    =====
    Unable to download Default.aspx from [my website].

    Unable to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.
    =====

    It works OK in FireFox, however. I looked in Admin >> File Manager and we are seeing a DynamicForms_Export directory with the exports. Any ideas how to get this to work in IE?

    HI, I'm just wondering if you go to IE / Tools / Internet Options, choose Security tab and pick the "Trusted Sites" icon and add the site as trusted, then close and reopen IE, will it be able to export to excel this go round? -- David
