I have a form that has 10 image fields -

When the form is displayed as an Add (not data imported), everything is great.

As soon as I try to use it as an edit form for an update - the form throws errors and the 10 fields are gone.   I gone through the paints taking exercise of deleting all the fields and readding them with the same results. 

Is there a fix for this?
