But got no luck

Basically, I have a URL like http://www.website.com/tabid/111/De...groupid=10

When this page loads, I like to pull out information from database of row 10 to display in the Dynamic Form.

What I have done so far is

Created hidden field: GroupID and shortname=DSParam1 and I marked "Retrieve values from querystring variable for this question:"

Created another field: Email and shortname=Email

So then udner Initial SQL Rendering/Bind   I have Enable initial SQL data bind checked and Initial SQL Query:
Select GroupID, Email from GroupAssociations WHERE GroupID='$(DSParam1)'

So when I load the page with the URL above, the email field is blank, no record being pulled from database.

HI Michael, your should be passing DSParam1 along the querystring on page load. It should be something like:
http://www.website.com/tabid/111/De...SParam1=10

On this page, your GroupID shortname should just be GroupID and not DSParam1 since you are binding DSParam1 and will be obtaining the GroupID value from this binding.
Try this out and see if it works. -- David
