I have looked at the documentation and all the posts concerning FB integration and can't find this answer. As a note I am using DR and can silent post if necessary.  As part of the basic information, FB sends the Gender of the User.  I have a DNN profile field Called Gender that I'd like to map that data to that.  How would you suggest doing it.  I didn't see Gender as an available variable for a silent post either.  The same question is for user_birthday which I've asked for an an extended permission.  I've got a DNN profile variable called DOB.  How do I map the data?

    Hi Steve,

I know I responded to you by email before but just saw this forum thread.

Right now the Facebook Connection login process does have the ability to create the user however at this time the ability is limited to some specific core / required user credential fields and so forth. Right now, the ability to get access to the users birthday directly within the Facebook Connect feature is not a feature that the module offers. You would need to modify the source code to map the data to DNN. Depending on the budget and/or timeframe that you need this in (and your knowledge of VB.NET programming) you might want to consider going the Premium Support route and having one of our programmers handle the feature for you according to your specs. You can find out more details at http://www.datasprings.com/PremiumSupport

    Thanks,

    Chad
