We are running DNN 06.01.02 and DL 4.10.30.

We also have the portal setups to require a valid profile for login.

We create users manually since this is for a closed site.

If a user logs in using the DL module they are not getting sent to the vanilla user profile page correctly so that they are forced to fill out the rest of their profile.

They are being sent to the profile page, but not the same way that the vanilla login control passes them off.

A user isn't being sent to the correct tab to enter their required profile fields and can click on to another page/tab without filling out the vanilla form.

Is there a setting I am missing?

Hi Joseph,

This is not a feature out module directly offers (the same native way that the core DNN Login module offers). Our module has a redirect that is in the module configuration area which says to redirect a page for profile update or password updates (which goes to a Dynamic Registration page). This still works slightly different then how the DNN Core module works but similar.

Hi Joseph,

Unfortunately at this time our modules cannot support having the login functionality work the same as the core. I believe that in order for this to happen the DNN Core might have to actually change to allow us to take advantage of that.

Thanks for responding. At least I can use the DR Registration form to keep pinging users to enter/update their information.
