How do I change / customize the featured items layout, to make it more suitable to my website?

In our Real Estate module there isn't really too many ways for customization, however you can you a module to assist in the customization of your template that you'd like to display. Please look into Dynamic Views(http://www.datasprings.com/Dynamic-Views) or OWS is another wonderful solution for customizing templates.

Ryan, thanks for the quick reply.

That's not very satisfactory. I paid $149.99, with the reasonable expectation that I would be able to modify the module to my layout. I most certainly didn't expect to have to pay an additional $120 for another module, just to be able to (possibly) do that.

I see that your company has a satisfaction guarantee. How do you propose we resolve this problem?

Sooooo.... this was a support ticket. Not sure why it was moved here, but I haven't heard back from anyone...
