I'm adding lots/land entries to my  real estate database, and lots/land do not have bathrooms. But when the bathrooms field in the database is null, advanced search cannot find the record! That seems to be the only field in the record that causes a problem like that. It's easy to replicate:

Add a record and leave all fields blank but property type price.
Try advanced search for the property type - the record will not be found.
Edit the record in the database table to make bathrooms "none" and repeat the search. This time it finds the record!
