I think this module just may work for me.  Quick questions though:

1. Is the advanced search set to only display those options - and is the Bathroom field an Int, Float, or String?  My client isn't selling homes, so Bedrooms and Bathrooms don't matter - and was wondering if those could be changed for some other criteria - for Example "Cash Flow", "Total Sales", etc
2. It looks like a Gridview is used - which looks rather.... Dotnetnukey.  Would I be able to change the values from the Databinding in the ascx (not code behind) and possibly convert to Template fields without breaking?  Or needing source for a simple change?

I think that's all I'm questioning now - I appreciate any info/help/insight anyone can give me!
