Hi All,

In reading though the features of the Real Estate mod I see that it mentions that registered user can add listings, but can allow a group to add listings.  I would like to allow users to register on my site for advertising purposes, but stop them from adding listings, and allow my agents or a designated person to add listings.  And is there an edit and add role by any chance.

Secondly is there a notification feature for the package. i.e. if a user wants to be notified of any listing is a specific price range.  Can this be done automatically.
