Hi. Unfortunatly the module is designed to force the user to sign in before they can schedule a showing. We have had some clients create custom 'Contact' or 'Schedule a Showing' pages using Dynamic Forms (creating a schedule/contact form and passing in the real estate ID from the listing template to the page and from there gathering the listing details to see who to send the email to etc...). So you can go either route of having them sign in or using Dynamic Forms for a custom contact form for the listing etc...
