You are right it doesn't export Host users, tested for that 
Would be a nice feature to stop certain roles from being exported. Ideally a multi level setup.
- Top level being at a site level where an Administrator user can set the roles that can be made available to be exported by any instance of the module on the site. Also maybe allow this level to toggle an option as to whether passwords are exported.
- Then at the instance level where the users who have edit rights to the module can choose which of the roles that particular instance can export.
- Finally, at the instance level the users who can export (but not edit the module) can choose from the roles allowed by the 2 levels above, if greater than 1
In our case we are wanting to allow a non admin user to export users to sync with a seperate membership system.
