    Hi All!

I have the need to hide the "Setup the module configuration" Item from the Module for the "Form Admin" who has Edit rights on the Dynamic Forms module.

This is because he has to create and report forms/form submissions but shall not be able to alter the module configuration and the general form setup.

Is there any possibility to do this in Dynamic Forms 3.0 or 3.1?

Any help would be highly appreciated, because this is a very important feature for us.

    Thanks in Advance

    kind regards

    don

    Don,

Hi. Unfortunately this feature doesn't currently exist in the module. We probably need to add a few features within the module such as: "Security role allow to manage fields" or "Security role allowed to view results" however this feature doesn't currently exist.

I would actually think you might want to look at demo 13/14 or demo 21 and use a module such as Open Web Studio or even the main DNN Reports module to actually 'query' the data. This way you give the user view rights into the Reports module and they never need the Edit rights to Dynamic Forms at all.
