    Hi

Since i have installed the latest version 3.0.0 the tokens within the Item details don't resolve anymore. The same happens like at the 'Student Directory' demonstration here: http://dynregdemo.datasprings.com/t...fault.aspx (click 'View Full User Details').

On the other side the 'Full Directory' demonstration, which is correct: http://dynregdemo.datasprings.com/t...ault.aspx.

    Where is the problem?

    Kind regards
    Nicolo

HI, I need to discuss this weirdness on DyngReg website with Chad but he's at the OpenForce convention in Las Vegas this whole week. We'll look into this hopefully next Monday. -- David

Hi guys... Good news to report here. This is caused by a couple of issues…

    1. Case sensitivity issue… So if they have a profile field it needs to be the exact case. I have changed this for 03.00.10 patch (now ready by request) to always showup in the template/admin page to be lower case.

    2. More importantly… This happens if you (after upgrade) didn’t ever go into module configuration and enter/save settings. The reason is that there are new settings for the Detail SEO settings and when these are not saved its throwing an error in the process of rendering these fields. This explains why it was working on some pages and not others. Once I went in and saved the module config settings again it worked great. I have also updated the .10 patch to reflect / ignore these errors if you didn't update the settings.

    Good news

Thanks for investigate this with priority.

    1. Case sensitivity issue…
    >> Does this mean the Item tokens in the template should always be written in lower case, independent how they are defined?

Where can we get the patch?

    Kind regards
    Nicolo

    Hi Nicolo,

The case sensitivity issue just means that it should be an exact match to how your profile property is called.  For example, if your token should be [YourProperTY], it will not work if you enter [Yourproperty]

Please use the Contact Us form to request the patch and reference the URL to this forum thread and we'll send it to you.  Thanks!
