    Hi

    I installed the renewal reminder and looking at the remoinder log it appears to have sent out one email.  I have several members whose membership status is due to expire in the next 28 days and no renewal notices have been created for them.

    I looked in the scheduler and noticed that the renewal reminder schedule entry was set to run every 10 days so thought that might be the issue and changed it to every one minute to see if that triggered the renewal reminders.  It did not.

    On closer inspection I saw that the process was due to run again in 4 days time and could not see how to make this happen immediately so deleted the schedule entry for renewal reminder.

    I reinstalled the module hoping that a new schedule entry would be created but it was not.

    I created a new notification and that didnt create a new schedule entry either.

    Can you advise me on the settings that I should add to the scheduler in order to get this working.

    Hi David

    I still seem to be having issues with the renewal remnder it has run successfully a number of times but not of late.  I have checked the scheduller and the renewal reminder runs each day but isnt catching people who need to renew.  My version of renewal reminder is 01.00.10 and dnn is 04.09.04

    here are some results from the scheduller the first one shows how everything runs now the next one seems to show an error

    HI, very strange. Can you use the "Contact Us" on the left pane and send us Host login to your site, with the TabID/URL of the Renewal Reminder page and I can take a look at the issue? Also reference this forum posting. Thanks. -- David

    HI, okay, I fixed the issue. It s eems you do not have the latest SQL Stored procedure. I've re-executed it for you and also emailed you to stored procedure. It's working now. -- David
