    Has anyone mastered dependent list boxes in the search criteria. For example

    I have country and region in the search.  When the user selects United States I only want US states to appear in the drop list for region. 

    I have added many countries and sup-regions to my site and need to direct the user to a smaller sub set.  Thanks for any help on this.

    That demo seems to relate to creating fields like in the registration module.   Does this work for search fields in Dynamic User Directory?

    Great bunch of demos, Can't wait to plow though them.  However I don't think this will solve my problem in the search fields - search field for the search criteria. I don't have events here. At least I don't think it does.  In the demo where it says. (for the subcategory)

    • Enter your SQL statement that will be used to fill the combo box, making sure the "WHERE" clause looks like this, "WHERE fieldName = $(Category)"
       
    • is field name here the database field name for subcategory or literally fieldName
       
    • so in my case it would be  WHERE Region = $(Country)
    •

    I checked with Chad but this, unfortunately is not something we can do with Dynamic User Directory at this time.  Sorry!

    This would be great functionality having country/region dependancy in the search fields. Can you please add this to your feature request list?
