I have a form with a file Upload field on it for logos. The form is fairly long with some hidden fields fired by question events. Whenever a question event forces the form to postback, the path which will be used for the File Upload is lost. Is there any way to prevent this unwated behavior?

HI, I don't personally know of a way to prevent this from happening. I'll discuss this with Chad to see what he thinks and will get back with you shortly. -- David

Hi, after consulting with Chad, this cannot be prevented since file uploads will not keep their viewstate on a form postback due to security reason of how ASP.NET is designed. The best advice is to place the file upload field as the last field on the form before the use clicks on submit. -- David
