No Import/Export Function in Dynamic Registration?

    Hi all,

    Some users are finding that they do not see the Import / Export options when they click on the Module Menu.  If this is your case, please run this in Host, SQL:

    Update DesktopModules
    Set SupportedFeatures = 5
    Where FriendlyName like '%Dynamic Registration%'
     

    Then go to Host, Host Setting and restart application. The import/export should be back at your Module Menu.

    Similar query for Dynamic Forms (just change the name out).

    My site is showing the Import/Export settings options, but nothing happens when I click on them?
    Any ideas on why this would be?

    Dyn Reg v4.10.70

    Hello Craig,

    Is there several modules on the page? If so, please move Dynamic Registration to a separate layout pane. Sometimes if several modules are in the same pane, the Manage(Hoverable button) will become disabled, or behave erratically.

    Or if this isn't the case, you will need to go into Module Configuration -> AJAX & jQuery integration and disable jQuery.


    Please let me know if either of items fix your issue.
