Hi, We brought your flash image rotator script for http://test.envisageblue.com.au:819...fault.aspx but we are having a few in regards to the size on images when they get loaded into the flash. The image should load 687px wide and 187px high into the same sized flash area. However when you load the image in IE6 + 7 it is way too big for the flash area. And when you load the flash in firefox it is way too small for the flash area. Thanks in advance, Daniel

I am seeing a similar issue in IE 8. One computer does not display images at the correct size, they are all reduced by about 40%. This only happens on one specific computer and with IE 8 only .. other computers with IE8 are fine.

I've tried replacing the module and inserting newly named images .. still occurs. Also occurs with other instances of the module on the site.

We believe it's a quirk with the specific computer, but any insight is appreciated.

    Thanks

    Kelly

Hi guys... Not really sure why this would be happening... I would check on the specific version of Flash for the specific computer.

Hi Chad, if I recall correctly this issue first arose when we changed the doctype to XHTML 1 transitional. And again it is only one specific computer .. have not been able to replicate. Worked fine with old HTML 4 doctype as I recall.

In my case, this is a very low priority, we are blaming the specific computer .. I have not heard from any other users.

    Thanks

    Kelly
