    Hello i'm getting an error when i try to import into a portal in our system.

    We have dnn 5.01.01

    Interactive USer Import 2.0

    Can you possibly see what seem's to be the issue.

    No it just bombs out on the new users in the system.

    More background information: It worked previously when upgrading DNN to 5.01.01
    I don't remember the previous version though.

    This leads me to believe it has to do with setting the Password or something other data. As a test, how about manually adding a new user in DNN Admin / User Accounts and using the Username as "113437" and password as "bilkaren_8022449"? Would it take it here? -- David

    When i try the above the system says that the user already exists.

    But it's not possible to find the user in the system.

    I also tried to create another user, what so ever... and it worked just fine.

    More information

    The UserName exists in table aspnet_users, but not in dnn_users, this might be a lead.

    Can you put the screenshots of your IUI Step 1 - 5, put it in a word document, then use the "Contact Us" to contact us through email, referencing this forum. Then we'll reply to you and you can reply back, with the attached the MS-Word IUI settings so we can diagnose. Thanks. -- David
