module not upgraded after installing purchased version over trial module

    Hi-

    I first installed the trial copy of dynamic views, then purchased the retail/enterprise version.  I tried to "upgrade" the module and dnn tells me it is the same.  I proceeded to check the "repair module" check box and re-install the "new"/retail version, however, I still see the message at the bottom of the module that says "Note: This is a trial version of Dynamic Views. To purchase the module you can visit www.datasprings.com or view other DotNetNuke Modules."
     

    I read that I only needed to install the purchased version of the module over the trial copy, except this process doesn't seem to work. I've also seen another forum post that said they had to delete the module and run tsql to delete the stored procedures.  Please advise on the correct way to upgrade to the purchased/retail version.

    HI, this should be the case. I don't know why on your system, it would have this issue. How many Dynamic Views pages have you added and if so, is it complicated to regenerate? If it's easy to regenerated, quickest fix would be just to uninstall the module and reinstall from scratch. -- David
