    I tried on both betasprings.com and on the site I purchased the module for and neither seems to be working when you choose the option to pause on mouse hover. It still scrolls.

    Any ideas? I don't have it published live ont he site I am working on but since it does not work on betasprings.com either I suspect its not a localized problem.

    Hi Dustin,

    I found that this is related to the font size vs the ticker height.  Can you please increase the height and see if it resolves the issue?  Thanks!

    I have tried adjusting height, font size, etc just about everything and have never had any luck getting it to work.

    Can you show me somewhere that it does work or make it work on the betasprings.com site.

     Hi Dustin,

    Here's a working sample on betasprings with Dynamic News Ticker.  (log in with host / dnnhost)

    If you're still not able to make it work, can you please check that you have the same version as betasprings?  Thanks!

    I see that it is working on betasprngs.com now. It appears you guys are running version 1.10, I just purchased the module last week and I am running version 1.0.

    Also, I am running it on the newest version of DNN 5.4.01, you guys are on version 4.X

    Here is the site I have it installed on, you should see that its not working. You should have my email account I think Candace, so if you need a admin or host login shoot me an email.
