I've got a form that a person registers for an event and uploads a file. The submit the form, e-mails are sent out and the page redirects to a thank you page.
One of the e-mails goes to a reviewer who checks that the event is okay and, if it is, approves the event. When the event is approved, the database is updated with the approval info another e-mail is sent and the page once again re-directed.
Thus my question -- the second e-mail -- can the previously uploaded file be attached to the second e-mail? This second e-mail goes directly into our issue tracking system and that file is what will eventually get printed as a flyer for the event. Is the file attachment only available at the first form submission or can it be re-attached at a later time without having to use the file attachment field.
