    Hi there,

    Could you please explain how to update the DNN user information in following situation:
    The imported csv file has 2 fields: Username and Email. This is what the log shows

    Display Name:
    Automatically Settings Password for user: 88888/88_TrialVersion
    Prefix: 4
    Suffix: 4
    Password: 49734
    PortalID:0
    Skipping User: 88888/88_TrialVersion. This user already exists within the database for this portal. Choose to overwrite existing users if you would like to update existing users.

    The     thing is that I have selected the 'Overwrite exisiting user'. I was not clear  about the 'profile filter', so I picked Username, email and 'ány fiel response'. But I keep getting the same result where the exisiting User won't get updated.

    Any ideas what I am doing wrong here?

    Hi Sean... I see the problem here but its a pretty specific situation and really only related to the trial version. The problem is that the system does check if a username exists and if it does it adds a number to the username. So for example, is checks if the username '88888/88' exists and once it finds out it doesn't exist it goes ahead and creates the user. The problem is that right before creating the user the system adds '_TrialVersion' to the end of the username. We will need to add '_TrialVersion' into the trial version I guess when its performing a check. This hasn't come up as an issue before but I am guessing this is whats happening. You should be able to check out the trial version enough to test and make sure the module will work for you though, or you can test the full release at www.betasprings.com (sign in as host/dnnhost).
