OK, so I have asked before if this already was available. This time I'm writing in as a request for a product enhancement.

I need to keep people out of my form designs. I have sites where I am not the only site administrator, but I am the one making the forms. There are other administrators that are getting into my form designs and they don't know what they are doing and are causing trouble.

In other situations, I am making forms for other organizations. Their employees are site admins. and I need to protect my work from being altered or worse - stolen and re-sold by those admins.

I could think of several new options that would help if you could implement them.

1. Make the form design mode password protected. You'd have to tweak it so it doesn't ask for the password repeatedly when flipping in and out of view and edit mode while designing a form. Once at the start of a login session would be preferred.

2. Or - Make the form design mode available only to the designated users. I suggest the host user could set that up and have permission to change it.

3. Or - Make the form design mode only available to the host user. I would appreciate this option too. Especially if it is the most simple to program in. It could be a check-box that appears in the settings only for the host user. If checked, only a host can edit DF, if not, then any Administrator can edit DF. 

You are already making parts of the program available to some roles and not to others. I would like you to extend that to the control panel and edit features.

What do you say?
