    ok now I'm really worried.

Bought the big license, got the latest Dyn Reg and Dyn UD installed and running and now I've also got it displaying the image from Dyn Reg as desired... all good.

Now I'm configuring it for actual use and it appears that the module completely loses its way with every click. I've done the reading and the method given for returning to list view is a javascript history back-step.

That would be fine if it weren't for that fact that it reverts everything back to square one.

Is this really how it is meant to work? Hopefully it isn't, because by version 4, someone must have realised that this method makes for a rather useless directory.

Any advice and good news is much appreciated,
    Rob

I note that the search function is ajaxed.. would history-bakc work if the search was using a postback instead?

Hi Rob - Are you referring to the 'back' from a detail view of a profile?

In previous versions I do think that a JavaScript back feature would work but that was because everything was based on individual links (paging, searching, etc...) and this means that for every page click, search, and so forth the entire browser would have to refresh (not good for performance). Enhancements were requested and added for using AJAX for things such as search, paging etc...

We have a few options going forward:
    1. You might consider making the Detail Page a pop up page or maybe even wrap it into a nice pop up jQuery lytebox type page so that you don't have to use a back button and can use a close button.
    2. We might be able to (in future builds) add an option to use either AJAX or standard processing. It would be slower but then work better for the example you mentioned.

    Thanks,

    Chad
