    I am getting a method error:

    Hello R.Barrow,

    I'm sorry for the tardy response, as it is the Holiday Season and our site is undergoing serious transitions forum responses can get lost.

    Let start off with:

    What is the DNN version you're running on along with the .net framework your running? You can find this out under Host -> Host Settings.

    Also can you please go to Host -> Module Definitions and let me know the version of Renewal Reminder you're running.

    Although we are running DNN 5.2.2 and using RR 1.3.0 we are getting a very similar error for the emails going out.

    Hello David,

    Did you just recently upgrade your DNN version or the version of Renewal Reminder?

    I would recommend uninstalling/reinstalling your Renewal Reminder module.

    NOTE: When uninstalling your Renewal Reminder module you will lose all of your work done with Renewal Reminder.

    After you uninstall / reinstall the module, if any issues still exist please go to www.snowcovered.com and open a Helpdesk Ticket with us regarding Renewal Reminder.

    We did not upgrade DNN but we have installed patches/upgrades for other Datasprings modules (forms, registration and user views). I now wish that we hadn't patched this module as it was working fine during testing.

    Our current users are also receiving multiple emails from the reminder module. I saw from another post that there was a patch for this error to renewal reminder 1.30.0. Will this patch not help? Or are these (error message about log [seen above] and outgoing repeat emails) different issues?

    We would prefer to patch instead of removing and then reinstalling.

    Can you please check in Host > Schedule and tell me if you see multiple schedulers enabled for Renewal Reminder? Thanks!
