Hello, We upgraded to DUD 3.00.30 late last year. WE are running DNN 4.9.5. Everything has been working fine, the team at Datasprings was great in assisting us with the upgrade and everything worked fine across the 3 portals running on this installation. However, this year, one of the portals does not show any more records in the DUD. The other portals do. All of the users (over 2000) are still in the user accounts admin section but they do not show in the DUD. We have not changed anything with the configuration and have not installed or done anything with any other modules or the core. Before January it was working fine and today we noticed that it is not working at all. Can someone assist us with this? I am not sure where to begin because the system has always worked for us. I do not get an error message or anything, just no records. Thank you, --Steven |

Hello Steven,
First of all sorry for the tardy response on behalf of your issue.
I would check the DUDSchedulerClient Schedule "History" link to see if the creation of the TempDUDPivot table or tempDUDProfile table failed to be created.
I would start there, try to kick off the scheduler and see if this fixes your issue.
