    I just got management to purchase this module(News Ticker 1.3) for us to use internally and IT DOSE NOT WORK on DNN 5.6.3 as advertised on Snowcovered.

    The Module Shows up when installed and when we add it to the DNN Page, it just shows layered text and DOES NOT ROTATE OR SCROLL.

    Your advertisement does says it does work with DNN 5.6.3

    PLEASE ADVISE WITH A SOLUTION,UPDATE LOCATION OR A FIX ASAP

    IMPORTANT: This NewsTicker was purchased because it is NON-FLASH News Ticker ... we CANNOT USE FLASH.

    We would like to know if this purchase will work or do we need a Refund.

    Hi. Sorry for the troubles, I know you opened a support ticket as well. We have been having some jQuery issues and conflicts because of some new changes in DNN and mostly certain DNN skins. We are working to resolve these and if the module will not work for you, and if we cannot offer you the Dynamic News Ticker option, then we can provide you with a full refund.

    I am also facing the same problem. My management purchased the full data springs collections to work. So, I have the developer's license of the module. But this is not giving me scrolling options. On the contrary, Multiple news items are overlapping each other. Please provide a quick solution to the problem. I have News Ticker 1.50.0 version.
