    Hi,

We have a form with 3 completion events.
Events 1 and 2 are dynamic sql-statements and completion event 2 generates some values using IDENT_CURRENT('tablename'). This value holds the ID of the inserted record set.

Is there a way to use this value for a dynamic mail?
I would like to mail the ID of the inserted record set.

    Thanks

    Jörg

    Jörg,

There are new features that we are adding into the latest release and plan to have a tutorial added. Something where you can always reference the Previous SQL or HTTP Post event "Returned Value" in the net event or SQL post.

You could always use one SQL Event Select Scope_Identity() Are you familiar with this?

    Thanks,

    Chad

    Hi Chad,

    thank your for your support.
Yes, that's the way, I solved this. But it would be nice to have this feature inside the module, as a token or parameter.

    Best,

    Jörg

    Hi,

Yes we have actually added this feature now but hope to have this showcased in a new demo / user guide we are working on.

    Thanks,

    Chad
