    Hi

I have a strange client request but I'm not sure if this is possible to achieve using DR. I want to ONLY allow users with specific domains to register with the website. So for example, I want only people with gmail.com, yahoo.com, hotmail.com and aol.com email addresses to register with the website.

I figured that we can do this using client-side email string validation. Is that possible? how would the string validation look?

Or is there a better way of doing this?

    Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi Reuben,

You might use a regular expression validation to accomplish this. Thanks!

Yes a regular expression should do it... But you might also look at client side events and/or SQL Validation as an option as well.

    Thanks!

i don't suppose you have a quick example of how the validation should look? I am getting tripped up with the "OR" part of the validation (as in hotmail.com OR gmail.com OR yahoo.com).

    Hi there

I just want to keep this thread alive. I'm still trying to make this work. Can anyone provide me with an example on how to deal with this using regular expressions?
