The search field that I select is not displaying. My search settings in module configuration all set to default (Hide Search is not checked). Search fields are set to use a customername field, criteria=contains, InputType=Textbox. I'm using a trial version on a local server and I've cleared the cache. All my records display, but just the search box does not. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Thanks, James. That worked great for me. You'd think intuitively that setting a search field would default to that, but I was incorrect.
