field validation error

    I recently did an upgrade to DNN  05.06.06 (5) and I'm now havnig issues with our Dynamic Reg form (4.10.70).

    Our site is English and French so we have one reg form that is translated.  The problem I'm now having is that the French side of this form is causing a validation error.  I'm not getting any validation errors on the questions but I do get the following error at the top of the page:

    Your registration is not complete, please review the field validation and check and verify your username.

    We do NOT get this error on the English side and the questions are exactly the same.  Is there something that needs to be modified to remove this.  Seems like a bug to me. 

    I did a search and couldn't find anyone with a similar issue but I hope you can help.
