First, I validate all the points in the following blog "Help! Trouble with Completion Events after PayPal!"

Everything seems to bet set correctly.

I have multiple kind of subscription and the free trial 15 days subscription is working fine.

I am getting the Paypal payment form and after the payment, I am redirected to the correct page.

The account is not created.

If a user renew his registration to a paid one, the role expiration date is not updated.

My module and DNN version are 4.1.43.27717 / 6.1.3

Any clue on what could be wrong?

Any newer version of DR compatible with DNN 6.1.3?

I forgot to tell that when I try to open the DR page with IE8 or IE9 logon has host, the page could not be displayed. It takes about 2 minutes and I am geting the error page.

The page load correctly in Google Chrome.

Let me ask you a few questions:

1. Is the page/module visible to all users?
2. In Module Configuration, PayPal Gateway, can you please be sure that the built-in event called Create User/Update User is tied to the Completed (Subscription Signup)?
3. Can you please test if the account is created when you disable the payment gateway?

Tied to Purchase, I do not want the subscription, just one shut purchase.

When Paypal Gateway is disable, the account is created.

Thanks for the additional details. Let me ask you a few more:

1. Can you please download the latest patch Dynamic Registration 4.1.70? You can access that from your DNN Store account under Patch Management (or in MyDownloads if you have the Collection 5.0). Does the problem continue?

2. With the PayPal Gateway enabled, can you please Enable Debug mode, fill out the form and hit submit? Please send us the resulting HTTP post to PayPal.

3. Also, in Admin, Event Viewer, please be sure you enable logging for Debug Info, then when you run a test, send us an image of your logs expanded.

Same issue on 4.1.70.26806 / 6.1.2

I can't find any patch on new dnn store. It's inside Collection 5.0 package?
Disalbing jquery seems to work

Hi Mdmiko,

Verion 4.1.70 is the latest Dynamic Registration. So are you saying that by disabling jQuery you are now able to get the IPN back and the account is created?

I tried disabling the JQuery and I am getting the same issue.

Finaly get the latest version and same probleme to load the module with IE8 and 9. Load the module on an other web site freshly loaded at DNN 6.1.2 and same problem to load the module.

Module administration works fine with Google Chrome.

Will test the IPN later

Follow up on this issue:

I tested the creation of a new account with the Automatically create UserID disable and the account did not get created.

I made a lot of testing yesterday and the redirect successfully event is working fine, but the email events and SQL events are not triggered while updating account.

Also, unable to access the module page with IE8 and IE9 in edit mode. Getting lots of repetitive errors like the following
