I have created DynamicView1.aspx that lets me search for users by Last Name, and when I click on the detail view link next to a specific user, it then shows me details for that User.  I have also created a link in the details view template that will allow me to view events that this specific user has signed up for by redirecting me to DynamicView2.aspx and passing the UserID as DSParm1 in the query sting.

This works perfectly.  I click on the link to view that users Events and I am taken to DynamicView2.aspx and can view a list of that users events.  The problem arises when I want to view the specific details of that event for the user.  When I click on the Details Link button, the request just times out.

I think this may have to do with the fact that even thought I am passing the UserId in the string variable as DSParam1 to the second Dynamic View, I am not sure that when I click on the detail view link to view that event, that the module know how to reference this request correctly.

How would I be able to let the second Dynamic View Module know that I want to display the details for UserID 1 and EventID 1.  DynamicView2 is using the following SQL Query:
    SELECT * FROM UserEvents_V  WHERE UserID = $(DSParam1).

    Any thoughts

    Steve
