I'm creating a form that a student will complete and have 3 teacher references on it.
I was thinking of having the student's questions on the main page and have three tabs, one for each teacher to complete. I need to prevent the teachers from accessing the student's information as well as the other teachers. Could I control access to the tabs by role or some other means?
The other idea was to have two forms... a student's form and a reference form. The student's form would include three fields for the email addresses of his teacher references.
When he submitted the form an email would be sent to each teachers and include a link to the reference form. I'd like the form to auto-fill with the student's name, school id, school name... all which would be on the Student's main form and part of the notification email to the teacher. Is this possible? Maybe a better way to handle the situation?
Maybe there is another way. I'd like your opinion.
