I did notice an old post asking something similar but with no reply. We have recently bought the dynamic forms module to replace the one we usually use. It installed into the dnn site without error but when I try put one on a page I get this:

I'm going to try reinstalling etc and poke around a bit more to see if there's anything obvious but if this has been seen before someone might have an answer?
