There are two options that you can approach:
Option 1:If you need any modifications to the Manage Users section in Dynamic Registration, unfortunately it can't be changed without a source code modification which could be around $500 - $1,000.
Option 2:However what you could do is use Dynamic Views to handle this sort of Management panel. All you'd need to do is replicate the Manage Users section in DR using Dynamic Views. The most important things would be the Edit icon(which really just passes the tabid of the DR instance, specific userid, and manage=true), the delete icon(which deletes a user account), and the search fields.
