    Hi there,

How do I have DNN correctly send emails to a SharePoint email enable document library?

I have the library setup to strip out orginal emails and put all documents in the root folder.

Here is what happens, when I complete a dynamic form the results are sent to the library as a .eml file and not as a .pdf file.

When I open this in IE9 I see the .eml file and are unable to open this without having to download to my pc first, where as opening the same page in Chrome I can see the email and are able to open this to extract the .pdf.

The only way I am able to get exactly what I need is to have a rule setup in outlook to forward from my email client to the document library, this way here the .eml file is stripped out and only the .pdf file is there.  Since this is going to our auditing department this is not acceptable.

What do I need to do on the DNN side to make this happen?

    Thanks,
    Heather

    Hello Heather,

What is the possible extraction methods of "SharePoint email enable document library"? I've never used this before, but can the SharePoint document library accept an XML file and parse it into a record? Perhaps connect to an external database and pull in Data is a specific format??

Just wondering. Or is there only one generic method in which you can take a file and place it in the Document Library?

    Thanks,

    Ryan
