Tying to delete a dynamic email in a completion event I get a critical error message

    Hi,

    When trying to delete a dynamic email in a completion event I get the following error message:

    A critical error has occurred.
     Cannot create a row of size 8102 which is greater than the allowable maximum of 8060. The statement has been terminated.

    If there are specific instructions on how to resolve this I'm pretty sure I have the technical knowledge to follow - I am fairly new to DNN so any and all responses are greatly appreciated!

    Hi Trish,

    That's strange. Can you please tell me your exact module version and your DNN version, too?

    Do you have a lot of content in the email body? Does it make a difference if you reduce the size of the email body and then try to delete?

    One more thing. Please go to the Manage button and emply your Recycle Bin. Does that make a difference?
