I was checking to see if a reminder would be sent a second time once a user's expiration date has been changed (i.e. They re-subscribed for a second term.) and Renewal Reminder did not catch it. I guess that means the users expiration date (or old expiration date) is not stored and used as a factor when R Reminder is determining whether to send to a particular user or not? Could this be considered as a new feature in the next release?
In the meantime, what would be the best solution? If users subscriptions are for one year, would creating a NEW reminder email exactly one year from the date the old one was created work? A few duplicates may go out but if I keep the "days" setting at 0 and keep the scheduler tight (at one day) I think this may be the best solution. Any thoughts?
