    I have added two customer fields to DNN User's profile.

    Field 1: ContactID
    Field 2: OrganizationID

    I am attempting to update these values via a .CSV file. The .CSV  includes the following.

    Email; ContactID; OrganizationID;

    We use the user's email address for the username in DNN. The mapping is as follows:

    Field               DotNetNuke Core Field
    ----------------------------------------------
    Email                   UserName
    ContactID             ContactID
    Organization ID     OrganizationID   

    Overwrite Existing Users is checked. Default is set to username.

    All records fail to import.

    ---------------------------------------------------

    Records:4 Updating property value for:66-769027 Updating property value for:65-431891
    Display Name: ****NO USERNAME**** This record will not be processed because there is no username! Either select a username column or use the auto create username feature;
    ------------------------------------------------------

    The error message states I need to select a username column! I am doing just that! Using current version of User Import along with current version of DNN.

    Please advise!

    Hi Jason - That seems strange... You might need to add that column in your excel/CSV file twice and have it represent both Email and Username. Can you give this a try or test out some of the sample import files that work to compare them with your file and see if that makes a difference?
