    Hi all!

I have a registration form with panels (set up as sections). I hid the second panel, and I created  an HTML button. I would like to show the second panel and hide the first one when the button is clicked, but I can't get it to work. Is there even a way to do this with question events and buttons?

    Cheers!

    Hello Istvan,

You should notice that each panel has a Unique ID if you view the source of the Panel(Using Firebug, Google Chrome Inspector, Viewing page source, etc..). Look at the code that is being executed in the OnClick section of panels. You can re-use this code to, expand and contract a panel from a custom HTML button.

Add a Text/HTML question type onto your page and provide the HTML to build a HTML button inside of the WYSIWYG Editor for this question type. Then create an OnClick event for this button and paste the code to expand/contract a panel. The code will be different per panel, so please note the differences.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

    Thanks,

    Ryan
