    Hi Chad & Crew,

Quick question. I have a need to use Dynamic Reg while a user is logged in. I know, I know, i know, however I need logged in users to be able to register other users, so I created a new page with a Dynamic Reg Module on it. It is forced into update mode because the user is logged in. Can I override this, and make the form not preload the data & be in register mode?

If yes, please guide me, if no, I will drop the idea.

    Thanks

    Jerry Mattox - Genesis

    Hello Jerry,

Dynamic Registration has the option "Manage Users" and "Add User". Click the Add User and notice the URL in the menu. You should see "AddUser=True". This forces Dynamic Registration into Registration mode even though you're logged into an account already.

Be sure to go to Module Configuration -> Module Security Settings -> and allow the appropriate role to manage user on your Dynamic Registration module.

I would recommend reviewing the Manage Users section as well, and pay attention to the parameters in the URL that trigger this mode of Dynamic Registration. If you analyze this close enough, you can repurpose this or turn your Dynamic Registration into a specific mode based on parameters passed.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks,

    Ryan
