"Continue..." link redirects to home page. URL: http://domain.com/default.aspx?TabID=
Last Post 03-11-2013 10:08 AM by Chad Nash. 3 Replies.

When I submit the form, the message is displayed along with the "Continue..." link. When I click continue, I am redirected to a URL of the form:

Without any TabID specified, this ends up on the Home page for the site.

I expect that when the user presses Continue, they stay on the current page unless I've chosen a "Redirect Page After Submit" URL or Page.

Note: The default "Redirect Page After Submit" is set to URL with "Location" set to "http://". I cannot make the Location field blank. In the Page option, I cannot select the page I'm currently on as it is disabled.

It there a straightforward way to stay on the same page after pressing continue?

In order to stay on the same page. You'll need to grab the URL of the page you're on and hardcode the URL of the Continue link to be the same page.

Dynamic Forms doesn't allow you to redirect to the same page if using the "Page" option, where you select the page from a Combo Box to redirect to.

So select "URL" and provide the full URL.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks Ryan. This works. :-)

This solution is not as intuitive as just doing this by default (or having the Page feature work for the same page). So I guess I would submit that as a possible enhancement for the future.

Onward!
