Query String Parameter with Space

    we are using query string parameter to set the value of a combo box on the form. It works except when we have a space in the valu

    Field=value (works)
    Field=value%20val (does not work)

    How can we pass spaces int the url?

    Hi Mike,

    A couple of quick things...

    1. Usually the text would include spaces but not the value, is this problem only when the value has a space in it?

    2. If you add an HTML space within the value does it work? Such as if you add a %20 within your combo box value?

    Those would probably be the only two workarounds I would know of right now... This has not come up before we will need to research this to see if it is something we should modify or change within future builds.

    the space is in both the value and the text.

    I tried making the value without the space, that did not work, so the query string parameter must be checking on the text?

    I can try and add the %20 to the text and try that.

    It works if we make the value lowercase and the parameter lowercase, the text the user see's can have the space in it.

    So this works: http://www.electricitynh.com/enroll...arentingnh

    but not http://www.electricitynh.com/enroll-now.aspx?HeardAbout=ParentingNH
