DR 4.2 Control Panel not working with DNN 7

    Hi,

    We are running DNN 7 with DR 4.2. Install of DR was great as was initial creation if form. However, upon logout and the return to the DAr page, the control panel is not visible and same is true fir the page's edit mode.

    How can we rectify this?

    Hi Sid - Can you tell me if you are in "Edit Mode" when you go to the Dynamic Registration page? What is the specific version that shows up for Dynamic Registration under Host, Extensions?

    Chad,

    I am experiencing the same problem. I am running version 4.20.20.0 / 7.0.5

    When I installed DR, the edit menu will not respond and it would log me out. Before I dropped the module on the form, I selected, edit page and stay in edit mode, after that, every time i log in, I am in edit mode. However, the edit menu does not respond.

    Any ideas why is this behavior?

    Hi Sid and John,

    The DR 4.2.30 patch is has been posted to address this issue with DNN 7. Please log into your DNN Store account to download this from Patches. OR, if you have the Collection 6.0, you can access this from MyDownloads and then click on the Collection download button.

    I know this is the incorrect forum for this, but I am experiencing the same behavior with Dynamic Forms. Is there and update I can get to fix this issue as well?

    Hi John,

    The Collection 5.0 stopped receiving updates since the Collection 6.0 came out last year so you will need to upgrade. I'll contact you at the HelpDesk ticket for instructions on how to get your 50% upgrade discount.

    Hi,

    I am unable to open the control panel after installing the patch for DR.

    DNN: 07.00.05 (130)
    DR:  4.20.30
     
     
    When I click the Control Panel link the error in the console is:
    Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected Token:  Registration.aspx: 1965
     
     
    No other errors in the browser.
    No errors in the DNN Event log
    No errors in the Windows Event log

    I opened a ticket in the DNN store as well.

    **EDIT**
    I can get to the control panel by copying the link from the Chrome control panel.  (http://domain.com/Registration/ctl/...;ID]).

    I saw your support ticket and I will be following up with you there. Does this happen on any new module instance you add? What version of the .net framework are you running on?
