    Hi, 

    I am not able to add radio button with 4 options in my form .When I add option and update it then it is not visible inside the list of options at backend .Also ,In the front end I can see name but not able to see radio buttons.

    Please see attached screenshot

    Dotnetnuke version: 7.03

    Dynamic forms version :- 4.10.0

    Hello Pranav,

    I would recommend upgrading to Dynamic Forms 4.1.4, if you have the DF 4.1.0 version then please go to store.dotnetnuke.com, log in as the same account used when purchasing DF 4.1 and go to your downloads. You should be able to download the latest patch of Dynamic Forms at no cost.

    Download and install DF 4.1.4 on your site and let me know if this alleviates your issues.
