I haven't been able to reproduce this error on my own computer, but there are some users that are reporting the following error: DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not
set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException:
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Hello Chris, I've browsed thoroughly throughout our forums and this is the only instance of this issue being reported, back in 2012: http://www.datasprings.com/dnn-modu...-dnn-6-1-3 We tried to seek resolution to this person's issue but they never followed up if this was fixed or not. I notice that you're running on DL 4.10.51 so I would recommend upgrading to the latest available patch to see if this alleviates your issues. Please log into your store.dotnetnuke.com account that you used to purchase Dynamic Login 4.1 and review your downloads. You should be able to browse through your downloads and see the latest available version of Dynamic Login which is 4.1.62. Install this on your site and let me know if this alleviates this strange issue. Thanks, Ryan |

Hi Ryan, I upgraded the module and asked the affected users to try again. I will let you know if it's resolved or not. I also asked them to try control+f5 in case it's just a caching issue. It seems to be happening in different browsers/OS's. Chris |

I was hoping it would just be one browser (IE), but the logs show the error happening in IE, Firefox and Safari. |

Please let me know when you perform the upgrade of Dynamic Login and if anyone still reports this issue. We may need to dig into this deeper. Thanks, Ryan |

Hello Chris, Do you have FaceBook connect enabled for this Dynamic Login Module? Is there any other modules on the page? Perhaps you can attempt to add a DNN Login module to the page to see if this alleviates the issue. I found 2 similar forum posts, however both have no resolution posted. This leads me to believe that the issue was fixed somehow and they didn't follow up in the forum. I'll forward this forum post to a specialist to see if we can get additional information as to why this could be occurring. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Ryan |

Hi guys, We keep this data pretty heavily cached... Can you tell me what your cache settings are set to under host, host settings? Let me know your cache settings and also your compression settings. Thanks, Chad |
