File upload persistence after question event

    In our forms we ask the user to upload an image and then later in the form ask them to submit a form of payment. This selection of form of payment has a question event attached to it so after it refreshes it removes the uploaded file. Is there a way around this?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, the File Upload question type can't sustain the file that you've uploaded after a postback/question event.

    In most cases, the best recommendation is to place the file/image upload fields at the bottom of the form to ensure that any uploaded files aren't lost due to a postback.
