Now to your issue: When you get the error "User Already Exists", is this a true statement? Or are you providing unique information when creating the User Account? There should be an option in Dynamic Registration -> Module Configuration -> General Settings to log the user in after initial registration. Please enable this feature. This way, when the user is done registering on the first page, they'll be logged in when being redirected to the second Dynamic Registration form.
